Holy basil also called tulsi or tulasi, flowering plant of the mint family grown for its aromatic leaves.

We have this plant in our house, I took a picture of it and thought I would share it with you and tell you some of its benefits.

Its seeds are used in summer which are very beneficial.

It is soaked in water when it swells, then it is mixed with syrup or milk and drunk.

Which reduces the feeling of heat.

Apart from this, the consumption of its seeds also reduces weight.
