"The food that is always in my fridge."🧀

Hello mates, if there is something that can never be missing in the refrigerator at home, it is cheese.

For a sandwich, for pasta, with arepa, with wine, alone and even to celebrate...It is that friendly food that accompanies me since I was little, I remember that my dad joked that I was a little mouse, every time I managed to eat a piece of cheese.

One of my favorite dishes is a cheese pasticho, it is divine, cheese, cheese and more cheese. Layers and layers of different flavors, textures, and ripening times in one bite.

Cheese definitely gives me a lot of satisfaction. I love it and it's always in my fridge.😋🧀
