MUSHROOM PASTA

MMK is our board's mushroom hunter and is lucky to always find different types near his home.

So here is a way to mix the many different flavoured mushrooms and make a beautiful easy pasta dish for the family.

The good thing is you can use the mushrooms as JO prepared it to put it on toasted sourdough bread for a late snack!

Personally, I will add some cream on the mushrooms at the end  for the pasta dish but is optional.
