Pancake with zuccini

Good morning Friends,

A couple of days ago I see a post about zucchinis form Mato (@mmk), we like zucchinis a lot, but my son can't stand it. Mato suggested me to make some cake or something form it, so we found a recipe of zucchini pancake, and we made it.

My son loved it, he ate it empty we filled it with grilled vegetables:)
