An Island In the Pacific

When I was 19 years old, the love of my life got a job in a place called Prince Rupert which was in British Columbia. So our plan was that I would finish school and we would meet up in 4 months.. 

During the 4 months he would tell me about what to look forward to in our new home city and he kept teasing me saying we would live on an island in the Pacific.. Well, when I flew in... that was when I truly believed him. It really was an island on the Pacific surrounded by mountains and forrest...

AND on a clear day it was truly spectacular...but on a rainy day...boy oh boy.. and it rained a lot!
