Congratulations! Zalmi

Greetings to all over the members of this beautiful community !

What drama and what fun! Brilliant batting from both sides, the bowlers have little to celebrate. Salman Irshad managed to bowl a few yorkers in the last over and Babar Azam will be the relief man to get the crucial two points. With 204 runs on the board, the innings lost some momentum before Haseebullah Khan and Rovman Powell spurred on, thanks to good starts from Saeem Ayub and Babar Azam, to put up a decent total on this batting-friendly wicket. I got help. In reply, Multan Sultans got off to a slow start and did not look on course to get close to the target.

1/20 in 4 overs ✨

Young Mehran Mumtaz have made dream debut in PSL for @PeshawarZalmi. This guy has got so much potential to represent Pakistan on highest level. He has already performed well for Pakistan Shaheens and emerging sides 👌

But Iftikhar Ahmed had other plans and gave Peshawar a huge scare. He was ably supported by Chris Jordan, who scored 30 in 12 and almost took the game away from Peshawar. Left-arm spinner Mehran Mumtaz was confident and eager to take advantage of the opportunity. On a day when the bowlers were destroying the park all around, he managed to cause massive problems for the batsmen and returned 1/20 .

The youngster has shown enough prom to deserve consistent opportunities in this PSL, which concludes our coverage from Rawalpindi. Thank you for your company. Join us again tomorrow for the match between Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators. For now, it's goodbye and good night
