First win by Qalander's

Greetings to all over the members of this beautiful community !

Today I discuss about Lahore Qalander vs Islambad United match.

Lahore Qalandars bowled exceptionally well tonight, picking up wickets at intervals and regularly puncturing holes in Islamabad's chase. Zaman took four wickets. He peppered them with his yorkers and didn't lose heart after hitting a few boundaries. Shaheen Afridi dismissed Alex Hales in the first over and Salman Agha was also dismissed soon after. Colin Munro was run out in the sixth over and Shadab Khan could not handle Zaman Khan's brilliant yorker. The slide continued when Jordan Cox and Imad Wasim also got out in single figures and it looked like one-way traffic from there but there was a twist in the tail when Azam Khan and Faheem Ashraf came close with bravery to get the team back on track.

Azam Khan was dismissed in the 11th over but then Faheem partnered with Naseem Shah who added 27 runs. Islamabad was not ready to give up at all. In the end, Faheem Ashraf runs out of batting partners as Zaman manages to get past the tail - which is quite long. It was a chaotic chase attempt even though the target was not tight. The top order failed to apply itself and were not very fair in their methods. On the other hand, David Wiese showed how important he is playing for Lahore.

Shaheen Shah Afridi has become the only third bowler to take a hundred wickets in the history of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 💯

On the other hand, David Wiese showed how important he is for Lahore Qalandars, making a huge impact in the game and returning 1/19. Earlier, Lahore Qalandars found it difficult to negotiate with Islamabad's fast-bowling triumvirate but a strong fightback from Rasi van der Dusen (64) and some help from Shaheen Afridi and David Wiese took the score to 162. Which proved to be enough that day. This is signing on behalf of Rawal Zahid Sudeep Poojar. Thank you for your company and comment. See you tomorrow. Very good!
