This will be out or not out

That's a local cricket clips but here player become out of control and don't allow the international role and in this clips this was out beacause they don't know about this role of ICC mostly these types of problems we see everyday but now I think that's here all the members are experts in the cricket I know about there opinion

I noticed in the international cricket I have seen two clips in that's matter in the international cricket and both was happened in the Pakistani team first was happened against Newzealand when legend players Saeed Anwar was playing the bowler bowl but this was dropped from his hand and umpire was fully allow to batsman how he will play but Saeed Anwar was not hit this Ball he showed the original sports man activities

Second I was seen This in the world cup 2021 when Pakistani team and Australia team are playing in the semifinal Muhammad Hafeez was on bowling and David Warner was on strike the ball was dropped from the hand of bowler but David Warner hit a sixe it mean that's in this video it was not out

In my personal point of view that's it not out if we seem him in the international cricket roles beacause when the batter doesn't hit the dead ball run out will not be possible what is your opinion share your opinion
