IPL increases Purse Sizes of the Franchisee

Hello everyone 🤗 Greetings for the day & wish u GF
I am here today with exciting news for IPL fans or Cricket lovers in general that BCCI had decided to increase the purse sizes of Franchises from 90 Crores to now 100 Crores each IPL Franchisee from 2024 season of the league.
IMO, it is done to attract more International stars & also to eliminate the chance of players pulling out from tournament as there are many leagues now all over the world so to grab onto the Match winners of the Teams, it is important to hold on to the players which are the face of the Franchisee.
With ilt20 league & Saudi T20 league offering good amount to players, it's important for IPL to not lose legacy players with the introduction of these leagues. Other reason can be the massive profits that the teams made during the course of last 2 years, there was much pressure from Franchise owners to increase the purse to get the best available players in the team.
