This is on the steps of our Growth here on the BBS Platform

Hello Worldwide,

Well here i will list the things we need to do to not only be number 1 again but to pass what we did and how i will be rewarding my community members...

There are 2 Tools BBS Owners can use to Motivate thier people..

1) Our challenges are currently the 1st to 5 posts but will only start after we have 5 people posting again. The Challenges would the have a Theme so for example list 5 great Leaders whether alive or dead ...and the rewards are currently 

And the Challenges would be at first every 3 days...with a slow build to everyday as we were doing before and building from rewarding just 3 people to 10 people but there will be steps to all that and yea these things will happen as fast as the community meets the set Goals which are...

2) Happy Hours- this is when the bbs Owner increases the cpm so how much we earning per impression and this is usually for a set time as the is pretty expensive and costs real money to set...so yea that wont be til we reach like 150 people as then u can do it for like 3 to 6 hours depending on how the community is performing..  and well here we will start then by raising it double so then it could be 100 CPM and e did this before so its not impossible at one point we had the cpm at 300 there is a reason why noone hasnt matched us in 6 weeks and counting hahah but people its not all as easy to manage and do as it seems...and alot find that out there are steps..and before u decide to be a BBS Owner you should have in some time on the platform and be partnered somewhere or that you have your own funds to use cause u will need some type of funds to at least reward your people now and then until u into engagements mining

3) Partnership - when you are partnered means u are earning 100% from your posts...only yea you have to prove you are worthy of that and not everyone will make it to that...now here at worldwide we aim to push everyone so that you do become a partner but yea again we can only partner top contributers and we are being judged on that...and because that is hat cost me my 1st place yea sorry but unless i believe your actions are genuine i have to wait...cause me partnering the wrong has effects on the whole community so yea... 

At the end of the day its on you...

But you should join places where u know you can be for a while because the topics and the people and the conversations have you coming back, the challenges and happy hours make it fun....but people that only thinking on the money will not make it...and its not easy to just run a bbs but hey everyone is free to try , learn and grow.... but better to study and be partnered somehere first....just so u also have the experience on what it takes to be partnered cause u did it...

Anyways i made this post cause this is how i like things..let me see and know what it is i am working tords and then i cando it...and after that its as simple as do u keep your word...thats it...
