Hi everyone SATIVA

Buddhist understanding often cuts through our complex emotions, and this quote is no exception. Holding on to anger is like holding on to a burning coal and thinking that you will hurt someone else. But in reality, we are the ones who get burned. Anger destroys our peace of mind, destroys our well-being, and keeps us stuck in a cycle of negativity.
I’ve established that leaving across anger rarely means ignoring crimes that have ended for us. It is a decision not to be destroyed by that crime. When we harbor anger, we give off a burden that affects our mental and physical health. The energy feeding that anger must be diverted to restoration, awareness, or indeed relocation.
The most liberating thing to do for ourselves in my favorites is to let go of that flame. In doing so, we preserve our peace, maintain our strength, and open ourselves up to amazing possibilities. The anger we hold most lightly hurts us. Letting go is the real strength.
