The Kremlin has dodged a question on Donald Trump's indictment this afternoon, telling reporters Moscow feels it is inappropriate to "interfere".

Speaking to reporters in a regular news briefing, spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said: "We do not consider ourselves entitled to interfere in the internal affairs of the United States.

"We believe that the United States has no right to interfere in our affairs, so we would not like to comment on this."
