"The killing of prisoners of war is a serious violation of the Geneva Convention. It once again demonstrates that Russia completely ignores international law and, in particular, international humanitarian law. The EU emphasizes its readiness to prosecute all perpetrators and accomplices of war crimes committed in the context of an aggressive war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine," she said.
