Russia blocked the operation of the grain corridor on April 11.
The agreement on the export of Ukrainian grain is critical, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Yurii Vaskov commented to The Guardian.
The Ukrainian side gave the representatives of Turkey, the UN, and Russia, who are inspecting the vessels, a list of three dry cargo-grain carriers that were supposed to pass through the corridor.
However, the Russian Federation crossed out the ships of these ships and added others from the queue of 50 boats.
As a result, no ship was allowed to continue its journey. The work of the corridor was blocked.
"Today, we have a critical situation. The Russians violated the terms of the Black Sea Grain Initiative. They decided to change the plans of Ukrainian ports unilaterally. This is unacceptable," Vaskov said.
Kyiv reported the actions of the Russian Federation to the UN and Turkey.
