"We saw El Salvador put a bunch of Bitcoin on their books, and they set a precedent for using Bitcoin to back their currency," says Delgado. 

"In the United States, we have the strongest military right now, but the economy is shifting to be information-based. These wars are being fought in a different way," he says.
