Five spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are set to begin trading on the Chicago Board Options Exchange on July 23, following final regulatory approval. These ETFs, including the 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF, Fidelity Ethereum Fund, Invesco Galaxy Ethereum ETF, VanEck Ethereum ETF, and Franklin Ethereum ETF, were enabled by SEC-approved rule changes in May. To gain market share, the issuers plan to temporarily waive or reduce fees. Analysts expect these new ETFs to attract billions in net inflows in the months following their launch.
