WEA U.S. federal court ruled that Trump overstepped his authority by imposing global tariffs, stating that the Constitution grants Congress—not the president—the power to regulate international trade. The court found that Trump’s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) did not justify the sweeping tariffs, which were challenged by small businesses and several states. The White House immediately appealed, defending the tariffs as part of Trump’s “America First” agenda.  Source: BBC News
