Hi all, 

Inspired by some of your contributions (I guess this is the benefit of a good community like this one), and after some time after the great reset, these are the things I see are working well and the things that to me need a second thought. I have to say that overall I thing this was a big step in the right direction. 

As said.. many good things, a few need refinement
