Can't withdraw bbs tokens

Error while trying to withdraw bbs tokens to EOS wallet.  Tried few times in the past couple of hours, shows the same error very time. Any devs around to fix it or tell what it's about? 👀Feb 18, 2024

Post bug? 🙄

I made a post in Start the Game community. The post had a video, link, images. After I finished writing the post and wanted to publish it, I encountered an Error - And post wouldn't publish. Yeah I know we have seen this error many times before but as you can see in the video even tho I went a page back and tried to publish the draft post, still it wouldn't publish.  I was going back and forth, refreshed the page and after almost 10 MINUTES, the post got published. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this lately??? I was using Android device, Chrome browser and bbs website.Aug 14, 2023

Poll feature needs some updates?

Recently we had an event in Start the Game community and we decided to select winners using "Poll" These were the results - Now, I noticed the publisher of the post can't see the names of all members who have voted (Just profile pics of 3 members and total numbers of votes.) Suggestion No.1 - "Please make it so that the publisher can see the "names of members" who have used the poll to vote." (In some situations especially in events its important to know this to prevent any form of cheating.) I also noticed in period of 2 days, some members were changing the votes constantly and I was surprised to see this type of behavior. Suggestion No.2- "Please make it so that the votes are permanent and cannot be changed." That's all. Thank You :)Aug 7, 2023

Super comment display outside post

When the super comment was introduced to the bbs, I noticed even if more than one member have made a super comment on a post, only the 1st super comment on the post would be displayed outside the post. But today I understood that is not true. It seems, if a super comment tip amount is higher than the amount of 1st super comment on a post than that higher amount super comment tip will be displayed outside the post.  Few minutes later Higher the tip, better the chances of it getting displayed outside a post. My question to the bbs team - Is my observation correct??Jun 15, 2023

Small explanation about Community pools

So basically with the release of update 4.2.0, the Engagement mining rewards that are left unused after a approved board reaches maximum CPM and the revenue from the Non - Partnered members, will get transferred to the board's "Community Pool". So how do you find how much funds is in your board's Community Pool?? At first only a board owner can see how much funds the community pool has. To find this out - - The owner should click on tip icon on the comment box. - A small window opens and they will be able to see the amount of their pool funds. The owner can also see by clicking on the deposit button in their profile and can transfer the pool funds to their cashable  A board owner can choose to give their moderator access to community pool which can be then used as Super comment tipping.  The moderator can't withdraw the community pool funds.  A Partnered member can use their BBS Balance to use it as Super comment tipping but can't access the community pool funds. The Super comment feature isn't live on bbs app yet. That's about it. New update bug

Few minutes ago metabbs has announced a new update and finally the long awaited post tipping feature is here. It is called as Super comment. Basically you write a comment and can also tip the post with BBS tokens in USD value. I saw a small bug when someone does a super comment. So what happens is, the super comment icon overlaps with the bbs username of post publisher. Not a big bug, but doesn't look right 😂. This is mobile website version.Jun 4, 2023

Feeds on BBS Home page.

I actually don't remember when the Feeds was introduced in BBS, So I really don't get how it works. Today I see that many posts From Gamtech and Sativa community on top of the feeds. Posts from other community are displayed but you'll find them after scrolling down little bit.  So my question is how the feeds page work? Does it work based on some BBS algorithm system or is it updated manually by bbs team? If it's Algorithm based then, does it select total random posts or the posts with high level of interaction etc.... If someone would explain it to me or direct me to a post where an explanation is given, I'd really appreciate it.  Thank you.May 23, 2023

Weird glitch while editing comments 🥴

I was trying to edit a comment that I made in one of the posts on Start the Game community. But as soon as I tried to edit the message, the comment section suddenly disappeared and I found myself on a post of a different member and the screen was stuck. Couldn't do anything but hit the back button on my phone. No matter how many times I try to edit a comment same thing happens. BBS devs please sort it out. May 18, 2023

How we are promoting BBS and Gamtech on Youtube.

Hi, I'm the Admin of Gamtech. (No.1 Gaming board on BBS) Couple of weeks ago, we started to give out incentives to our members who upload recordings of their gameplays on YouTube and add a description of BBS platform and Gamtech. As a result many members started upload their gameplays on YouTube on a daily basis. I also joined in and started to uploaded some "Short" videos of games that I play and to my surprise got 1.2k to 3.6k views on them. Our new initiative to gain more views - Seeing "Short" video is getting more views than normal videos, we have introduced a new incentive for the members who upload "Short" videos of their gameplays on YouTube and add description of Gamtech in the comment and pin it..  For more info you can see here - Hopefully this initiative will bring in few new members on BBS. What thing of Glitch is this? (Post is Updated)

Few minutes ago I noticed, My Admins Badge was no longer visible in Gamtech even tho I'm the Owner of that Board. On further Investigation I saw the Badges of my Mods and Partnered Members were not visible as well. But I can clearly see my Badge on other Boards. I have see that the Admins and Members of other Boards still have their Badges. I have see and use the Admin features but no matter how many times I reload the Gamtech page, the Badges are not Visible to me. I think its just a visual Glitch but a very unusual one. Update I can see all Badges on Gamtech now. The reason I brought this issue up was because I was facing this problem from more than an hour but now it seems to get resolved by itself. P.S - My Internet speed and connection are very good. So it was not an issue from my end. Pretty weird glitch. Sep 8, 2022

Hello members of METABBS, Hope you are doing well. I'm the ADMIN of GAMTECH and I'm here to announce that there are going to be some changes in our boards topic. From now on GAMTECH will be a "Games board", that allows it's members to post almost anything that's related to Games  The Sub - Topics under Games are - ✅BOARD GAMES ✅CARD GAMES (Only family card games. Anything related to gambling is not allowed.) ✅INDOOR FAMILY GAMES ✅VIDEO GAMES etc. Here are some Example of what you can post in these sub-topics - VIDEO GAMES etc. Well you are familiar with this topic by now 😉 - Gaming Platforms - Gaming Articles/Latest News - Gaming Technology - Gaming Consoles/Gadgets - Gaming Developments - Game Suggestions/Reviews - Gameplays/Walkthroughs - Play to Earn games - Virtual Reality Games - Gaming Memes/Pics/Videos SOME EXAMPLES OF BOARD GAMES - - Monopoly - Carrom board - Ludo - Scrabble - Checkers - Snake and Ladder etc... SOME EXAMPLES OF CARD GAMES - - UNO Cards - Monopoly Deals - Pokémon  - YU-GI-OH etc... Card games that has gambling is not allowed. SOME EXAMPLES OF INDOOR FAMILY GAMES - - Charades - Hide and Seek - Word Squares - Hang Man - Name, Place, Animal and Things  - Musical Chairs etc... Please know that the topics which are not allowed as follows  ❌ "Sports Games" which includes physical activity, are not allowed!!! There are only few genuine members that are left in BBS now and without proper marketing, we can't expect an Increase in members on BBS. And currently many members were having a difficult time to come up with ideas to make posts about Gaming. So basically we have decided shift our Board Topic from "Video games/Gaming"  to "Games" board and will be using this topic to our advantage. Hopefully this will make posting little easier for the members of this board and also will definitely attract some more members on our board.  But I firmly believe that Gaming sub - topic will be the most popular and discussed topic on this board. We have started the Daily Discussions again. This initiative gives members of the Board some direction and it makes it easier for them to post and start healthy discussions. We are still giving out incentives for Post of the day and Best Comment/Engagement of the day (Exclusive for Non-Partners only!!). But to keep things interesting we surely consider to start Incentives on weekends or some kind of Competitions etc.  Hope to see some new faces on GAMTECH Thank you. Error message displays while posting and commenting

Why does this message display majority of the time when we try to publish posts or try to comment on a post? Sometimes it's really frustrating as I write some lengthy posts and when I try to publish it this message pops up. So I have to copy all the content, open another tab, open bbs and paste it to publish it. It's the same for comments as well. Why is this error occurring soo many times? I've heard the same complaint from many members across different boards in BBS. Hopefully the devs will resolve this soon. Thank you.Aug 28, 2022

GAMTECH - Incentives announcement for Non-partner Member

By now you all know must've already know that only Partnered members can earn revenue by posting. Non-Partner members can no longer earn revenue unless they become long-term Top-contributors to get accepted as a Partner. So taking Initiative from other boards like SPORTX, now GAMTECH as already started to give out Incentives to Non-Partner members. The Daily Incentives are divided in 2 parts - 1. Best Post of the Day - 50 BBS tokens. 2. Best Comment of the Day - 50 BBS tokens. How will we select the Best post and Best comment? - Posts will be selected based on Self-written, creative, Detailed post that creates meaningful engagement. - Best Comment that encourages meaningful discussions will be selected and rewarded. So in this way Members can not only earn by posting but also "earn by commenting". P.S - As the traffic on GAMTECH increases the incentive rewards will increase as well. We have also Introduced Incentives for Semi - Discussion of the day Initiative. Everyday we select 2 gaming related topics. Members who get genuinely involved by making On-Topic posts or comments get some incentives. How does it works? Non-partner members will get 20 BBS tokens if they make a post from anyone topic and 40 BBS tokens if they make posts on both the topics. Also they get 20 BBS tokens when they make a genuine and on-topic comment under the Semi - Discussion post. This way all Non-partner members who will get involved genuinely will earn incentives. 🔴The Semi - Discussion Incentive will be given out for "9 Days" only🔴 So what are you waiting for? If you are Interested in Gaming or if you're a good Content creator who would like to research on gaming related topics and want to get genuinely involved, you can earn some good Incentives for it. 😄 All we ask of you is to - - Read and follow the Guidelines. - Post On-Topic content. - Be respectful of other Members. - Get Involved genuinely and "not only for the sake of earning". A small concern about the new Moderator updates.

Few minutes ago update 4.0.3  was announced. Its a notification update and Moderator update. I have taken a screenshot from official announcement post. So now Mods are able to Pin/Unpin a post on the board and can also edit the About section. Well I liked the update but I see that now mods can also Transfer the Ownership of a Board to someone else? It's no where mentioned in the announcement post but I can see it in METV as I'm a mod there. I don't think Mods should have access to the board transfer feature.  So my question is - Was this intentionally implemented or is it just a Bug? Updated - It seems like it was just a bug.  Mods cannot transfer ownership of a board.Aug 4, 2022

Confusion about BBS tokens.

On one of my posts a metabbs member poopciclelog@swt was saying, after the reset on BBS Non-partner members cannot see their BBS tokens anymore. Please the conversation below. Well let me tell you that's not true. A Non-partner member can still see their BBS tokens by visiting their profiles and tap on Total reputation:  Scroll down and Below BBS Balance: you'll be able to see your BBS tokens. As you can see in the Image that I'm not partnered but still my BBS tokens are visible.(I've edited and hidden my BBS tokens. Don't want to reveal it 😉) Withdraw and Send button are also functional. When a member uses BBS through Starwars domain.one thing you should know is which Account you have selected as your Main account. I have an account on Starwars domain but my Main account is on BBS domain so it means if I earn any BBS tokens on Starwars domain all those tokens will automatically get transferred to my BBS main account. I would like to request a feature for Non-Partner members.

BBS team has directed board owners to Partner long term, high contributing and high quality content producers. Partners get 90% of the Ad revenue from the content they share. And these partners are expected to keep the maintain the content and engagement quality at high interest Moving forward, partnership privileges will be given to  5-10% members only. So a member as to get involved genuinely and not get involved for the sake of earning as BBS wants to move away from money driven mentality and needs members to show interest on the topic of a board. So this is the hot topic which is going around BBS and it made me think - Well BBS has now outlined this requirements and have given Owners and Mod team a huge responsibility to select these few Top-contributors as partners. And partners can earn Ad revenue, run Ads, make cash outs etc. I see that BBS has thought well about Partners. Now there are many/few members that are inactive, make good posts once in a while etc. And I might say they are Medium-contributors. But still they contribute. I would like see a feature that is given only to NON-PARTNER members. And that is - Tipping BBS tokens on Posts. This privilege should only be given to Non-partner members. Now as owners earn from post revenues of Non-partner members, only OWNER or MODS can tip the BBS on the posts. Only Owner and Mods should be given the rights to tip good quality posts. (I know there is a BBS token transfer feature but a tipping system will look more appealing and Owner will tip the posts, the members will feel appreciated.) We are "A True Gamer's" community that unites gamers from across the world to discuss Gaming platforms, Genres, News, Articles, Gameplays, Reviews, Events etc. So what does "True Gamer's community" mean? There are gaming communities around other platforms that allow only selected gamers to join their community. Example - If a theme of a community is PC gaming, only PC gamers will be allowed in that community. That's not the case with GAMTECH. We welcome you no matter which type of gamer you are or used to be. Our aim is to build a healthy, genuine community respectful of one another. Top Boards page is now updated.

Good Morning BBSers, 5 days ago BBS has approved new Boards for EM namely - - SPORTX - GAMTECH - MWATALK  and few boards were removed as they didn't meet the criteria for EM. Those boards are - - GOLDEN - CGAMING - LUNATKS - MCFCOIN - BBSKR Now finally the Top boards page is updated and the newly approved boards are added to it and the old boards that didn't meet the requirements for EM were removed. "My Boards" page is empty.

As we all know that today, the bbs website was facing some technical issues and BBS was not loading. After couple of hours the issue was resolved. But I have noticed that "My Boards" is empty with the text "There are no BBSs" written in it. The Top Boards page is working fine. Hopefully this is just a minor bug and the bbs dev team will resolve it soon.Jul 24, 2022

Change in ad server payment. Is it a good change?

After the promote prediction feature went live members have spotted quite some changes and adserver notification is one of them. Before, we used to know from which community we earned the adserver payment from as the notification showed the BBS name/symbol of the board But now the name/symbol of the board is not visible.  So now it's really confusing while we try to figure out from which board we have received the payment from! But once we click the notification, it's takes us to the board from where we received the adsever payment from. What do you think about this change?Jul 20, 2022
