A small concern about the new Moderator updates.

Few minutes ago update 4.0.3  was announced. Its a notification update and Moderator update.

I have taken a screenshot from official announcement post.

So now Mods are able to Pin/Unpin a post on the board and can also edit the About section.

Well I liked the update but I see that now mods can also Transfer the Ownership of a Board to someone else?

It's no where mentioned in the announcement post but I can see it in METV as I'm a mod there.

I don't think Mods should have access to the board transfer feature.

So my question is - Was this intentionally implemented or is it just a Bug?

Mods cannot transfer ownership of a board.
