Just made a test of "The Time Limiter" and here are the results:

My post received 9 👍 and 14 comments (other are my replies) and the post received a total of 10 impressions. It's nice to see CMP boosted to 185$ as it does not happen too often.

Conclusion:

it seems like new  "The Time Limiter" function has little to no impact on post performance. Although at first I thought it will definitely have! Maybe this was implemented for people who are trying to trick the system and impression farm by quickly opening and closing posts from different accounts.
