why cpm is low ??

this days the cpm is ranging from 2 to 51 and I am wondering if the cpm in relation with the other cyptocurrency because when the bitcoin,terra luna, etherieum.... have creashed the cpm also
is that just a coinsidence or there is a relation between the both
