What is condition on bbs for whitelist

As we knkw before for opening whitelist was not to hard we had to make new posts

And engage with others and for few weeks like 3-4 weeks most of players had opened whitelist

What condition are now and how long time take for new players become with whitelist 

Lets make more hard work on bbs  and make bbs another lvl
