Support new ones

Yes i know new members engage less but they have no idea that they have to support others to get it back from them they will learn this with time but now . We should support new members of our community , i saw this many times that posts of senior members gets more engagements but on the other hand new members posts just gets few likes and no one comment on their posts , we should support them too
