Now as you can see here this user  promoted the post to 5.38  and there are  9 views on this post. It means this user get her 5.38 reputation back with 4 more.. right?

Correct me If I am wrong ..

 So now let suppose I think that this post will cross some more views and I wanna promote it further.... Now the views that give me reputation will consider after these 9 views...like If I want to further promote it on 10 reputations.... Now the views will give me my reputation back after these 9 views???
