HY BBS FAM Issues nowadays in BBS community

I hope all of you are doing good. BBS is the best community to earn by posting but nowadays as CPM is down many people have left the community as they were not generating much profits. Many members are still working hard enough to make this community better place again. Community members are posting giving there 100% but community admins have to do their part as well as i see many members who have generated enough but they are not whitelisted. There are people trying hard enough and being patience from more than a month but still nothing. So the community Admins have to do their part as well and whitelist people who are showing efforts as we see if someone post irrelevant that post instantly gets hidden that demotivates 10 people and if someone gets whitelisted it motivates the whole community so i request the admins kindly start Whitelisting members we would really appreciate it. Thanks
