Notice something 🤔🤔

I've noticed something on BBS.

We can all see that every day, a sizable number of new members joined the CPM when it was at 150.

However, when the CPM reaches 50, those who joined less than five days ago or who are not on the whitelist are prevented from joining the board. Or perhaps they quit the board altogether.

Additionally, the new members are no longer joining.

Or, if they arrive and are less active than we are, they make one or two postings before leaving.

How come that?
