We received the ADSERVER payments either as PUBLISHER or OWNER, 

Considering CPM at $150, Every impression is worth 15 cents. So if are PUBLISHER and OWNER you will get 15 Cents, but if the OWNER and PUBLISHER are different then 15 Cents is shared between them and each will get 7.5 cents each. As the post is being bought by different members, OWNER will be changing from time to time. Impressions generated when the member is OWNER gets paid to that particular OWNER.

whenever the PUBLISHER or OWNER bucket meets or exceeds $1, it is paid out to the PUBLISHER or OWNER.
