Hellow bbs fam,.hope you guys are doing great,

Well i am trying to post in sportsX a post and i am getting time notice even though i posted last post 2 hours ago, i close my browser force stop the browser and clear cache data then again open the bbs network and try to post again and again even im different tabs but i cant, my Internet is working fine, and check out the post in the screenshot i attached, and also i attached the ss of last post that was posted 2 hours ago, 

I didn't know what to do, even i am trying this from 15 to 20 minutes after refreshing page, clearing caches of browser, trying after reopening tabs etc tried every possible solution.
