Target on BBS

After the CPM drop now we don't see too many target posts. Because many members are just here to earn handsome income and after the CPM drop due to less interaction the earning affects very much. And now most members don't like to set targets.

But we need to change our target from earning to the growth of BBS. And if BBS grows we can earn the same as we earn before the CPM dropped. And the target is to add more and more members as much as we can.
