Defibox problems

Yesterday I decided to withdraw in BBs, but I was surprised to see that the defibox page had problems, at the time of doing the swap it said that it was not possible to perform the action, although I tried to do it with different internet browsers, this did not change, in At that time I was in crisis.

So I asked my friend what to do and he told me that I had to do it from the phone, that seemed strange to me since I always use the computer, so I downloaded the app, learned how to use it and started the process.

Everything went very well, I was able to withdraw without problems.

the million dollar question is... why does the page give me problems with the computer?
