Hello there,

I am not very active on BBS anymore but I do still stake my earned tokens. But now I have encountered a technical issue so I write this post to reach out for help. I hope someone has the answers to my questions.

Last week it was the end of the staking period for the BBS tokens I staked in August for 2 periods. This week I went to the staking page and found this view:

My first question: Shouldn't the "Restake" button be highlighted as well? Or is the image above the normal situation? Any opinion?

Over to claiming my rewards then... 

When I push the claim button, I get the usual pop up in Metamask to confirm the transaction, so far so good. However, when I open Metamask to check that transaction there is something weird. No transaction hash is created (cannot be found on Etherscan), I cannot cancel/speed up this transaction, it just keeps on being "pending" forever.

I have tried several times now during the last days and I was never successful.

I cannot claim my rewards and even worse, my staked BBS looks like it is still staked... It is not in my Metamask wallet and in the BBS staking page it is listed under "Total Staked" so I cannot touch it 🤷🏻.

Who has the solution to my problem?
