CashOut Rate is Volatile in BBS...!!

Just One Hour Ago i checked the CashOut Rate it was at 1:45.. That was Not Good For the Holders...

But Now i check the CashOut Rate it Decreases to 1:43 ....

I Don't Know How The CashOut Rate Goes up and Down, It Depends On BTC? 

Hopping for the Best...!! That The CashOut Rate Decreases More and More
