Everything is good because the team behind the projects has the intent to make the network better. Any update that is aimed at improving the network is a step in the right direction. 

However my concern here is, if it is focussed soley on quality and whitelist members based on that, then many will not get whitelisted for sure. Not everyone can create quality contents and a social network like ours should be built on the principle of equality. Of course merit definitely should be given it's due respect and needs to be rewarded more. But I'd like a network that rewards all users rather than a network that rewards only the good content creators. My concern here is what will happen to members who can't come up with quality posts! Will they ever get whitelisted! 

Daily active users is what we lack as a social network at the moment and with this change how many users will remain as BBS content providers is a question we need to take it seriously.
