I've noticed that folks are pairing up with meta bbs pretty slowly lately. Everyone tries to create quality content, but some people, including myself, struggle with the language. I always give my posts a lot of thought before publishing them and usually write two to three posts, but I need to publish more if I want the admin to approve my request. I'm currently taking care of just that board. I don't think I'll be partnered very soon; maybe after two weeks, just 2 or 3 users found partners.
