What about a prerequisite to joining BBS

Perhaps when someone joins BBS it should be mandatory to complete a mini-course which explains the rules, the how, and the why of BBS as a pre-requisite instead of just clicking on the JOIN button. I know there are guidelines to read on the home page, but this would be an interactive session.
It doesn't have to be a long course, but a new person joins and then they are put through a series of scenarios which would be sample posts. They would be required to do all the things - reading, liking, commenting, perhaps further engagement, even creating at least one post following guidelines, and/or buying. There could be a bonus for completion of BBS maybe.
Once this is done, they would be "certified". By the completion of this mini-course they would be fully aware of their responsibilities here and it would reduce hidden posts, or lost revenue.
Perhaps they could also have the option to take a further optional training to clear up anything else or answer any further questions.
What do you think?
