No, you don’t need to speak English to be in bbs. You need to speak English to participate in metabbs. There is quite many bbs boards on other languages. Actually I know there was a sports board where you could post either in English or Spanish. So, if you miss a board about a specific topic in a specific language, go ahead and create it!!
