"Advertising "

Everyone allowed to advertise in any community. Sometime some users are using cheap banner for advertising which is not good for community health. The ad campaign can only be stopped by the person who started  the ad campaign. Owner of board can't stop it i think . Give right to admins to stop any cheap advertising which is not suitable for community. Thanks.
