is All Cashable lost of Non-Whitelisted Members after the 4.0.1 update?

As a New update roll out today where only Whitelisted members are supposed to earn. i want to know that those members who are not whitelisted but have cashable more than 100 or 200$ lost all their revenue?

or do they get their own cashable after whitelisting?
