My first blocked user here

Its last thing what i want, but some people just want that. Im talking about tagging from some users on every post and boring with notifications. Now, im try respond on every tag with some alert " ITS LAST TIME - NEXT TIME I WILL BLOCK YOU". But some pople like dont read what you want, dont respect your wishes, dont respect other users. It seems, here are just him and nobody else. Its sucks really. If im told you , please dont tag me on F***ING every post, please dont do that.
