The BBS Token

The BBS token is used as the native currency of the BBS network, flowing between boards, operators and developers. BBS tokens also enable the holder to participate in the BBS DAO governance via staking and voting.

Reputation

When a new BBS is created, the creator designates a 5-7 letter symbol to be used as the board’s unique Reputation symbol. Reputation is used in order to promote posts on the board in order to curate the board's content.

Users earn Reputation through bonuses, receiving views on published posts, and predicting views through promotion.
