It's Copy-Pasting OR Not?

What is the difference between a copy-pasting post and a Similar topic post?

I wanna talk about an important topic today. I publish a post and after that when I was scrolling I saw a member talking about the same thing but the content is entirely different he was talking about his experience and thoughts. Then I start to observe posts like that and I saw more posts about that topic.

But each post has its own uniqueness and difference because not everyone experienced the same.

So, It doesn't count as copy-pasting right? But if someone stole content and copy-paste that would be wrong.

what do you think talking about the same issue or topic is copy-pasting or not? In my opinion, it's not members publish many posts daily, not every member reads every post right?
