How to go from pending to active as a community?

I realize some people don't know this so I'll post about it.

Communities that do not have Mining Engagement are "pending". It means they can apply to growth seeding which give them 150 CPM for a total of $1000.

Once this money dries up, if the community holds the required 50 to 100 posts a day, good engagement and that the content isn't mainly spam, they can apply to the ME program, the whole board will then be reviewed and quite much like the whitelist, be approved or rejected. It is a challenge as it may take days or weeks without extra funds to continue posting.

This proves that the community isn't greed driven and worthy of being fully fledged. This is arduous task but the rewards are wonderful since you will then be a pillar of a nascent community with $150 cpm boost and likely get even more cashable!
