I think creating an administrative live chat area where moderators can communicate with each other as a group could be beneficial. If a board's administrators can have real-time group messaging among themselves, it would streamline operations on the board and enhance communication among administrators, making it faster and more efficient – essentially, something like an exclusive version of "Live Chat" for administrators.
