I'm Seeing the CashOut Rate is Just Stucked at 1:44.64 

From Last Two Days, I'm Noticing that Point... 

I don't Know now why The Rate is not Decreasing like Old Days. It Goes Up and Down Daily...

But it's a Bad News for Holders..!!
