Suggestions for Updates to images

Another suggestion I have for updates is the ability to not only move images up or down in a post, as we currently have, but also left to right. 

I would also like to see the ability to manipulate the text box (description) beneath the image to be on the side of the image (either left or right side) especially for smaller images.
