OWNER'S PAYMENT vs PUBLISHER PAYMENT in BBS

We received the ADSERVER payments either as PUBLISHER or OWNER, 

When a post is created, any impression revenue received is accumulated into PUBLISHER bucket and when the post is bought by another members, impression revenue is shared between PUBLISHER and OWNER.  If the CPM is $150, then cost of each impression is 15 cents. so the 15cents is distributed between PUBLISHER and OWNER. This accumulation happens behind the scene, PUBLISHER and OWNER buckets are maintained separately and gets paid to the BBS member only when the amount exceeds $1.
