That Time Of Market Cycle

It's about time BBS release an app which we all have been waiting for, but will they? In such tough market conditions projects often delay updates, because they want to do it in a "hot market". 

Here are two scenarios I see:
1. BBS stick to the plan and release an app, but because of week market it will not have long term effect on token price;
2. BBS delays the release and sell off continues even faster;

Which scenario is more probable on your opinion?
