Follow Rules

We all need to follow the rules, especially new members. But here I notice one thing after the CPM drop update now the off-topic posts are very less and members understand now the environment of BBS easily. But here are some members who just joined new members but don't help them and guide them to follow the rules. So if we bring someone here then guide them completely.
