If the whole point of BBS is engagement, shouldn’t the cashable bonuses be tied to unique comments?

I had an idea…. Say the cashable publisher bonuses are for every 5 unique comments left  and the 5 contributing commenters get a small fraction of the cashable bonus. This would allow non publishers to receive cashable bonuses and give them motivation to engage in the comment sections without finding a different source of revenue. I wouldn’t have any issue giving up 0.05 for every 1.00 or 1.05 bonus if it meant my posts got more unique impressions in total.
I’m not sure there will ever be a way to eliminate disingenuous commenting if there’s a reward for Unique comments, but the same was true for post buying bonuses and I really feel we need something monetary to get people more engaged.
Commenters who earn cashable bonuses, but haven’t been Partnered due to not publishing, could tip publishers and other commenters with it, or start ad campaigns. Basically put their cashable income back into the site but not take it out until Partnered. That way the revenue stays on the site and improves it.

I think it would also be possible to get rid of Reputation and bring back post buying but with cashable earnings.

Thoughts?
